NEW ACTION ALERT - FIFRA IS UNDER ATTACK. TELL CONGRESS TO OPPOSE H.R. 7940/S. 4406

Legislation was recently introduced in Congress that would jeopardize the continued innovation and availability of pesticide products. H.R. 7940 and S. 4406 would gut FIFRA and impose an unscientific, unbalanced, politically driven regulatory process. These bills would unnecessarily remove pest control options from applicators who rely on them to manage golf courses, grow crops, protect schools and hospitals, and control pathogens and disease vectors. Utilizing the resources below, please reach out directly to your Congressional contacts and tell them you are opposed to these bills. You may also utilize the action alert we recently posted, although direct outreach to your Congressional contacts is the most effective way to advocate.
